Aetna Hangs Up On Me

I was frustrated because, although I kept copies, the appeal package took many weeks to compile, not to mention the burning and packaging a DVD video which apparently vanished into thin air and would need to be recreated.

Following "R.J.'s" message, I called Aetna back to inquire as to my options.  In the interest of reducing file size and five minutes of verification of identity, etc., I have deleted from the recording the myriad of menus and background one needs to navigate before reaching a human being and driving to the point.

Let's just say, for subsequent calls, I kept extremely accurate transcripts.
